WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 5- 8 business days
Europe, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: 10-20 business days

We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand order fulfillment company. They have facilities worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS FOR MY ORDER?

Our prices are inclusive of shipping costs and of VAT, GST, and other sales taxes. However, an additional customs and tax fee can occur. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. Eastern Link Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All such fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

MY ORDER SHOULD BE HERE BY NOW, BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
● Ask your local post office if they have your package.
● Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY CLOTHES?

My apparel is printed using a DTG (direct to garment) process which allows the design to stretch with the clothing and last through many washes.

Sometimes the solution used when printing my apparel can give the items a slight 'new' vinegar-like scent. There may also be some residue around the printed design, which occurs during the curing process. Don't worry - both will come out in the wash!

Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colours. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners, or dry-clean the items. DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang dry works best.When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Do not iron the print.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?

Please choose mindfully before purchasing. Eastern Link Ltd is a small independent business and our products are printed on-demand. At this time, we don’t offer returns or exchanges. Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If either of these apply, please contact us at info@fionadawn.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. There are no refunds for buyers remorse or for purchasing the wrong size.

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@fionadawn.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE/COLOUR/STYLE?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit you best, check out our sizing charts. We have a sizing chart for every item or clothing listed on our store. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@fionadawn.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
